The Role
As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients with current spend of less than $50,000 annually. Your primary focus will be on retaining existing clients, building new relationships, and expanding the revenue generated from your assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to increase account spend.
* Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
* Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
* Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product, to drive customer success and maximize account growth.
* Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on account status, including sales and revenue projections.
Required Skills
* Bachelor’s degree a plus but not essential
* 1-2 + years of fully cycle SaaS sales experience
* Experience using Salesforce a plus
* Experience with MEDDPICC is a bonus
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
* Effective communication and presentation skills
