* Conduct detailed retrofit assessments of residential and commercial properties in Rotherham.
* Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports to support retrofit initiatives.

Profile
A successful Retrofit Assessor should have:
* MINIMUM L3 RETROFIT REQUIRED!
* Proven experience in conducting property assessments or similar roles within construction.
* Strong understanding of retrofit standards and energy efficiency regulations.
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate property conditions and recommend improvements.
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.
* Proficiency in using relevant software tools for assessments and reporting.
