About the Role
We put the fun back into our guests' holidays. If things aren’t going to plan, you will help our guests get things back on track by using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand what has gone wrong. You will log jobs and feedback, then follow up with the guest. You need a proficient telephone manner with excellent customer service and communication skills, and confidence in offering solutions. You will use different systems to log jobs and feedback, so fast, accurate typing skills and comfort on a computer are essential. You are a team player supporting colleagues, and within the guest services team, you will also manage the check-in experience and assist guests face-to-face. You will help guests curate their stay by providing advice about our offerings and local area. This is a fast-paced, motivating role requiring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
About You
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and Friday cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service during guests’ holidays. We provide training to develop your skills across all areas of your role. No day is the same, and you will work with various team members and guests. This is a full-time, permanent role of 30-35 hours. The working pattern includes cleaning in Maple Walk from 10:00 to 15:00 with a 15-minute break, followed by a 60-minute break before a shift in Guest Services from 16:00 to around 21:00, which may occasionally be later. You will work three other days, including weekends. Live-in accommodation is available.
