Description Business Support Officer Level 1 – Fostering Support | 9929 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum (Scale D) | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid working x2 full-time posts We are looking for a competent, well organized and self-motivated individual to undertake this role supporting the Fostering & Kinship team. Our service is very busy and includes variety in day-to-day tasks that come into our team. An example of tasks we support are raising POs, dealing with confidential data, sending out letters. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment and an awareness of safeguarding children’s policies and knowledge of financial processes. This post requires good customer service, excellent keyboard and ICT skills being proficient in Word, Excel and databases, good organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, to prioritise work and to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be required to work closely as part of the Business Support Team and with operational managers. Effective business support is a vital element to the success of Children’s Services.
