This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional who is passionate about creating and maintaining a safe working environment across multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent compliance with health and safety legislation and supporting a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Health and Safety Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring a consistent approach to health and safety standards across all sites.
2. Keeping up to date with all relevant HSE legislation and implementing any required changes.
3. Reviewing and updating company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
4. Conducting HSE inductions for new staff and delivering toolbox talks and training plans for current employees.
5. Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify risks and implement preventative actions.
