Job Title: Apprenticeship & Additional Support Coordinator
As the Apprenticeship & Additional Support Coordinator, you'll be working with our Development Coaches to ensure our learners are able to successfully complete all work efficiently and effectively while ensuring both achievement and retention. You'll also play a key role in helping to support processes for our apprentices who experience barriers when it comes to learning.
In this role, you will:
Provide administrative and clerical support within Apprenticeships, ensuring everything is submitted in a timely manner
Communicating effectively with main aim Tutors/Development Coaches
Encouraging learners to reach their full potentials by setting goals, developing action plans, and carrying out to one-to-one's
Managing all documentations of learners
Work in collaboration with the ALS Team to implement actions plans where needed
Effectively work across the college teams were needed
Attend relevant meetings to ensure the ongoing development of best prace for the learners
General office and reception duties where required
Adhere to and promote the College's Safeguarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, College Values and Health and Safety policies and practices
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications:
Education to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.
A recognised Coaching Qualification.
Essential Experience:
Previous experience in a learner-facing support or coaching role in an educational or apprenticeship setting.
Experience of using database systems accurate record keeping.
Experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Desirable Experience:
Proven knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards.
