You must have previous experience in residential lettings, strong sales ability, and the ambition to develop your career further. Local knowledge of Cheshunt would be an advantage, and a full driving licence is essential. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating and winning new business opportunities Negotiating and closing lettings deals Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential) Excellent sales and negotiation skills High level of customer service and communication skills Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude Well-presented and articulate Local knowledge of Cheshunt (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (essential) What's In It For You?
