The Role:
Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading National Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor.
You will have experience liaising with a range of lenders, borrowers, intermediaries and investors on the full transaction lifecycle.
The Person:
* 5 years PQE Solicitor.
* Experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents.
* Negotiating intercreditor arrangements.
* Supporting junior team members.
* Strong communication & client management.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
