YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Train sales team in each EMEA region on Value Added Services
2. Collaboratewith the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
3. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and salescollateral.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information andresources for proposals.
5. Conduct research to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, andproject details.
7. Provide support to sales representatives by responding to inquiries andaddressing customer concerns.
8. Assist in the development and maintenance of sales documentation, includingcontracts and agreements.
9. Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on project status and salespipeline.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of productsand services to customers.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments toidentify growth opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE
12. Bachelor’sdegree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
13. Proven experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role.
14. Strong organizational and time management skills.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
17. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
18. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
19. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
