Your opportunity:

This is an exciting and challenging role with great scope for development. You will join our smart and energetic team of qualitative specialists and perform a vital role in helping us shape and deliver actionable insights, including direct liaison with clients. As you learn, grow and develop you will take on more and more responsibilities, including helping your teams with business development and growing the accounts you are on.

You will be actively involved in working on projects across our Brand & Communications, Stakeholder, Thought Leadership and Product Development Practice areas. There will be lots of variety in the topics you research, the audiences you conduct research with and the methodologies you’ll use to get to the heart of our client’s objectives.

You might be joining our team of qualitative specialists, but they won’t be the only researchers that you’ll work alongside. You will also work closely with project managers and mixed-method researchers, and support quant-only researchers in offices across the globe.

You are passionate about market research and insights, as well as building close collaborative relationships with both colleagues and clients.

After a thorough onboarding and training programme, and as you progress in the role, some of the general tasks and responsibilities you can expect in this role as a qualitative research executive will include:

* Designing sample frames for qualitative recruitment with help
* Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating costs for services
* Writing recruitment screeners for projects
* Briefing teams on recruitment, overseeing recruitment and quality-checking recruits against set hard and soft quotas
* Supporting with project logistics and coordination – including fieldwork scheduling, scripting of online communities, processing transcripts
* Designing discussion guides design for interviews, focus groups and online communities as part of a team
* Moderating online communities and B2C one-on-one interviews
* Assistant moderating / moderating focus groups
* Analysing research as part of a team, using a variety of tools (analysis grids, CoLoop, Miro, Reduct etc.) to identify themes and contributing to analysis sessions
* Writing PowerPoint and Word reports as part of a team – including designing clear and visually appealing slides, creating powerful case studies
* Editing short videos clips to bring our research reports to life
* Quality checking reports
* Supporting with client communications
* Preparation for debriefs / presentations
* Attending client meetings / pitches / intro calls
* Responding to new client briefs
* Contributing ideas to proposals

Experience:

* 1 - 2 years of qualitative research experience within an agency

£27,000-£32,000 DOE
