About the Role: We re searching for a reliable, supportive male support worker to work alongside a vibrant young man in his early 30s. Friendly, easy-going, and full of humour, he values his independence and takes pride in keeping a clean, organised, pet-free home. He s a university student (Tuesdays & Fridays), a dedicated dad who loves time with his daughters, and someone who truly enjoys positive, respectful connections with his team. Using a powered wheelchair, he s fully independent with mobility and communicates clearly, making teamwork smooth and rewarding.
