Salary £45,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission
About the role:
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a growing team within a well-established logistics business. This company has had a European presence for over 50 years and is currently in their next phase of expansion.

Day to day responsibilities:
* Generating new business in line with agreed targets
* Approach customers through cold calling and warm leads
* Stay up-to date with market trends
* Identify, assess and report opportunities for growth and development via new customers, new routes and new services
What you’ll need:
* Experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight
* Strong drive to build long lasting relationships
* A hungry self-starter mindset
* Monitoring shipments
* Strong soft skills Face-to-Face and via telephone
* A passion for managing customers’ needs
