Key responsibilities: Identifying titles at the Land RegistryDrafting planning application forms, deeds and covering lettersCarrying out and reviewing property searches Qualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous conveyancing experience, who has managed their own caseload. Knowledge of social housing is advantageous.
