About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across Sutton. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and helping young learners achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
2. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
3. Assist children with additional learning needs.
4. Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons.
5. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
6. Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
9. Right to work in the UK.
10. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
