Job Title: Laminators (Infusion Experience – Contract)
Location: Fareham
Rate: £21 per hour
Contract: Outside IR35
Hours: 40–60 per week
What you’ll be doing
* Working on composite laminating projects using infusion techniques
* Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set-ups
* Reading and working from technical drawings
* Delivering high-quality finishes to meet project specifications
What we’re looking for
* Proven laminating experience, particularly in infusion methods
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed
* Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable
What’s on offer
