The role;
The Integration of third-party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus OR BACnet enabled devices.
The candidate will have proven ability to install, modify and demonstrate supervisor graphics
Make clients aware of the benefits and savings from adapting the system
Providing quotes for the replacement of faulty parts or items.
Providing controls & energy solutions and ideas.
Producing software strategy
To carry out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.
What we need from you;
Qualified in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Experienced in Building Management Systems (BMS)
Qualified and experienced with Trend & IQ Vision, Siemens & Tridium systems
Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs
BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired.
CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
Hold a valid driving licence
Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes.
