Market-Leading Commission: Expected earnings of £35k in Year 1, £55k in Year 2, and £80k in Year 3.

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Energy Division:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier candidates for contract positions in the UK using innovative sourcing techniques.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
