We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join a Childrens Centre Hub Team, delivering engaging, high-quality play and communication sessions across childrens centres in Enfield. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children aged 04 at a crucial stage in their development. Through creative, interactive, and play-based activities, you will help build strong foundations in communication, language, and early literacy. Your work will play a vital role in supporting children to reach key developmental milestones and be ready for the transition into school.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver fun, stimulating play-based sessions that promote communication, language, and early literacy skills
* Support childrens individual development to improve outcomes and school readiness
* Accurately record attendance, activities, and session outcomes in line with administrative procedures
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver services aligned with national childrens centre priorities
* Contribute to improving outcomes for children and families, particularly those who may need additional support
