Hours: Minimum of 16 Hours per week (Shifts will include a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends) Flexibility to cover holidays essential.

As a sales assistant in our off license, you will be working in a retail store role delivering a consistently high level of customer service and attention to detail in maintaining the store. You will work independently and as part of a team and will be responsible for:
· Providing excellent customer service that exceeds all customer's expectations
· Ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously
· Developing a comprehensive product knowledge to help customers select the best product available for them.
· Ensuring all deliveries are checked off accurately, promptly and that relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently and quickly
· Perform cashier duties, using our EPOS system and handling cash and card transactions.
· Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment for both customers and colleagues
· Maintaining accurate stock levels in the store, including the rotation and re-stocking of product lines
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and work independently
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service experience
