Job Title: Children's Residential Team Leader
Salary: GBP38,582 - GBP45,621, assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month
Working in our Children's Homes involves being part of a young person's daily life, supporting them through both high and low moments. Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for them. As a team leader, you'll be motivated by making positive changes, no matter how small, and celebrating these achievements.
Your Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, supporting staff, and creating lasting memories for the young people. You will also be expected to support and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers. Building relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, emotional resilience, and leadership to inspire colleagues are key qualities we seek.

Who You Are
