Hays Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established primary school in Coventry that is looking for a dedicated Year 3 teacher to join their team from September. Your new role
You will take full teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development. Working as part of a collaborative and friendly staff team, you will plan, assess and create a structured, supportive learning environment where children feel secure and motivated. The school is looking for a teacher who can bring stability, clear communication and a calm, nurturing approach to the classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching within a primary setting, ideally Key Stage 2
* Confident behaviour management and a warm, encouraging approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality teaching
* A commitment to fostering a positive, secure and engaging learning environment
* Flexibility to work within the school's routines, expectations and values
