As part of this exciting phase, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key position where you’ll be on the front line of support; handling emergency calls and emails related to breakdowns and urgent repairs, and ensuring remedial works are arranged efficiently.
