Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an interim Part-time Credit Controller to join a client based in South Bristol - with plenty of parking. This role will be a combination of Credit Control & Commercial Administration.
This is an interim contract for an initial period of 3 - 4 months, which is likely to be extended
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Initially 3 - 4 months
Salary: Up to £29,000 (hourly rate equivalent)
Working hours - 3 x days a week (Flexible)
Working model - Office based
You will use your skills to:
1. Contact clients re payments due, phone & email
2. Inputting Sales Invoices
3. Central point for Client Remittance Advices
4. Payments received without a remittance advice, liaise with client
5. Identify short/under payments and clarify the reason
6. Ensure the ledger attachments and notes are continuously updated
7. Bring up to date the current information - attach missing remittance advices/receipts
8. Analysis and post Site expenses and wages, calculate and post recharge journals
9. Maintain database of client warranties issued, file job packs, when required collate material deliveries
Required experience/background:
10. Ideally previously worked in a similar Credit control position however training will be provided, with the correct transferable skills
11. Team player
12. Happy being office based 3 x days a week
13. Excellent communication
14. High attention to detail
15. Great organisational skills
