The opportunity:
This is a key role at a pivotal stage in the business - we are looking for an Operations Director to take ownership of how the business runs day-to-day – bringing clarity, structure, and control as we grow.
You will work closely with the Directors to translate business strategy into clear, executable plans, ensuring the business is set up to scale without losing what makes it successful today.

· Overseeing client servicing teams and delivery standards
· Partnering with the Directors to deliver business objectives and support growth plans
· Improving workflows, processes, and overall efficiency
· Ensuring the business has the right capacity and structure to grow sustainably
· Embedding clear accountability, ownership, and performance standards
· Acting as the key escalation point for operational matters
What we're looking for:
We are open-minded on background but are looking for someone with a strong operational mindset and a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
You will likely:
· Bring experience from a structured, high-performing environment
· Be highly organised, with a natural ability to create clarity and consistency
· Have a track record of improving how teams and processes operate
· Be confident leading people and driving performance
· Be comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
· Have high personal standards and a strong sense of accountability
This role would particularly suit someone who has developed their career in a larger or more structured organisation and is now looking to apply that experience in a growing business, with greater autonomy and impact.
