PRS are currently working with a large FM services provider who are seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the City of Westminster.
* Salary - £56k
* Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
* Large site, has won awards, 300,000 sq. ft.
* Known clients – must be client facing and able to work and solve problems independently.
* L8 (Legionella) is a MUST.
* Would like a steady previous employment history.
* Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Experience required in working on high‑profile properties.
* Understanding of SFG20.
* Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
