Replenishment Supervisor About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team. You will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times. Maintain 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering Ensure KPIs are in place for gap counts. Contribute to achieving Customer Satisfaction targets and scores. Drive standards for great customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience. Act as an ambassador for the brand. Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and embedded. Adhere to Health & Safety policy and legislation. The Ideal Candidate Experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment. Sound knowledge of product areas. Highly organised with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills. Strong time management abilities. Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. Team-building skills with the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills.
