This exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join our Client Money team in Leeds. This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more.
1. Work with your manager to set and achieve yearly objectives. Manage your own workload of refunds and payments to ensure work is completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
2. Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and internal Brokers and businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions to avoid further delays.
3. Be proactively involved and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
4. Perform reconciliation and process activities across one or more of the following disciplines: Client & Insurer Payments, Payaways (intermediary payment processes).
5. Support audit requests for information and process walk-through exercises.
6. Ensure we are fully compliant within FCA regulations.
