**About the role**
Your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Other responsibilities include:
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and noting any changes impacting care and care plans.
* Participating in person-centred care planning, monitoring, and evaluations.
* Supporting residents with medication requirements.
* Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
* Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and professionals, ensuring requests are acted upon and concerns escalated.

* Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
