The Role
As part of an ambitious department, you will advise business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law matters spanning across various sectors. You will be expected to manage your own caseload; you¼ get exposure to complex transactions at an early stage by supporting senior team members and you¼ actively engage in business development to grow both your own and the firm network.
What about you?
You'll ideally come from a Corporate and Commercial background in a well-regarded law firm. It's likely you'll be around 3+ years PQE - but we're definitely flexible for the right person. Importantly, you¼ have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self-motivated approach you¼ have with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
