 
        
        Client Account Manager – Government Client Team
We are looking for an experienced media professional to join our passionate Client Team, which sits at the heart of the MG OMD Government Media department.
Role Overview
The Client Team are responsible for delivering best-in-class client servicing and account management across a wide base of clients. We ensure that each campaign runs smoothly and seamlessly from the point of briefing through to measurement & evaluation. Our role sees us collaborating with every team within OmniGOV, from implementational planning through to media channel specialists and effectiveness managers, to project manage the delivery of a campaign effectively. We are responsible for understanding the client's strategic objectives and identifying how media buying will be approached to improve outcomes, forming strong business partnerships with them.
Responsibilities
 * Deliver best-in-class client servicing and account management.
 * Ensure the smooth and seamless running of each campaign from briefing through to measurement and evaluation.
 * Collaborate with all teams within OmniGOV, including implementational planning, media channel specialists and effectiveness managers.
 * Project manage the delivery of campaigns effectively.
 * Understand and align with the client's strategic objectives to improve outcomes through media buying.
 * Form strong business partnerships with clients.
Recruitment Hub focus
The successful candidate would predominantly work across the Recruitment hub, engaging with departments such as Army, Royal Navy, Royal Airforce, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Met Police and Department for Education. The role delves into attention and behaviour change to understand the complexities of how to drive better outcomes.
Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely). Our standard working hours are 9:30‑17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30‑16:30 to give our people the ability to manage their working day whether in the office or remotely.
