Administration Supervisor - Dingwall, IV15Processing Centre Supervisor – Full-Time Location: Dingwall⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £30,000 per annumJoin Our Growing Processing Centre TeamWe’re seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual to lead our busy Processing Centre in Dingwall. As a Processing Centre Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of around 30 staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate case handling, and the achievement of key performance targets.This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine people management with operational tasks — from reviewing evidence and managing correspondence to driving improvements and maintaining compliance.What You’ll Do Lead, motivate, and support a team of approx. 30 office-based staff.
Oversee the review of ANPR and MNPR images to identify parking breaches. Manage the scanning, sorting, and uploading of inbound correspondence. Use specialist software to process cases with speed and accuracy.
Monitor team performance to ensure deadlines, compliance, and accuracy are met. Support process improvements and resolve escalated issues. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
