About the Role:
As the Fleet Manager, you'll be responsible for driving fleet sales, building long-term relationships with local and national businesses, and delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You'll be the face of Doncaster Hyundai’s fleet offering; ensuring our clients get the right vehicles, the right packages, and the right support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Manage relationships with corporate and leasing customers
* Promote Hyundai's class-leading NEV range as a competitive fleet solution
* Provide expert advice on vehicle specs, finance packages, and aftercare
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer service
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fleet or business-to-business automotive sales role
* Strong understanding of the fleet market, including tax and funding options
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive and self-motivated approach
* A full Australian driving licence
