The Role You will take the lead on planning and programme management across a range of specialist interiors and themed environment projects. You will work closely with project managers, commercial teams and clients to ensure programmes are realistic, coordinated and aligned with project objectives. Key responsibilities include: Developing, maintaining and monitoring project programmes from pre-construction through to completion Working with project teams to identify sequencing ,logistics and critical path activities Assessing progress and updating programmes to reflect actual performance Supporting delay analysis and extension of time assessments Identifying planning risks early and advising on mitigation strategies Preparing planning reports and presenting programme information clearly to internal teams and clients Coordinating with design, commercial and site teams to ensure programme accuracy Providing planning input for tenders and new opportunities What We Are Looking For Strong experience in a planning role within construction, interiors or specialist fit out Confident using planning software such as Primavera or Asta Ability to build, manage and update detailed programmes Strong communication skills and confidence working with project teams and clients Organised, analytical and comfortable making decisions For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Rachael Ryan at CSR on.
