UK&I Enterprise Sales Lead – Hospitality POS & Payments
Location: UK with travel as required
Package: Competitive base and uncapped commission (OTE: ~£200k) + car allowance + benefits

You will join a specialist EPOS & payments division with a strong reputation across sports, entertainment, and hospitality venues. The unit operates with agility and independence while benefiting from the infrastructure, scale, and investment of a leading global organisation.
The team is expanding its portfolio with a next-generation restaurant POS and payments solution.
This role sits at the centre of that transformation: taking the product from pilot into Business as Usual (BAU), transitioning legacy customers and building a powerful UK&I hospitality pipeline from the ground up.
The Opportunity
As UK&I Regional Head of GTM, you will own and execute the full go-to-market strategy for the new hospitality platform. This includes:
* Building and driving marketing, lead generation, channel strategy, pricing, and dealer network development
* Acting as the primary liaison for direct sales teams
* Owning forecasting, commercial planning, and regional targets
* Leading hospitality GTM execution while maintaining a strong personal enterprise sales pipeline
* Working closely with product leaders to translate market needs and client feedback into product enhancements
You will play a pivotal role in defining how the business enters and scales in the UK hospitality market.
What You’ll Do
* Create and execute a UK go-to-market strategy for the hospitality and QSR sector
* Build and manage dealer channels and partner ecosystems
* Generate leads using your network and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline
* Drive long, complex sales cycles with credibility and influence
* Represent the business at industry events and maintain a strong public presence
* Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Solutions to ensure successful product launches
* Provide timely market insight to shape future commercial and product direction
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic and hands-on leadership
* Support customers transitioning from legacy solutions to the new platform
What We’re Looking For
Experience & capabilities:
* Deep expertise in the UK Hospitality/QSR POS sector and dealer network landscape
* Proven enterprise sales success (ideally 75% sales / 25% GTM or program management)
* Ability to develop strategy and execute flawlessly
* Strong analytical, commercial, and planning skills
* Credibility with C-level stakeholders and senior buyers
* Experience navigating long sales cycles with a track record of over-achievement
