Job Description
We are hiring a Change and Communications Lead to support the rollout of a major SAP transformation. This role is key in managing change impact, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute change management and communication strategies across project phases
* Engage with business leaders, teams, and users to build awareness and buy-in
* Create high-impact content: newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and training support
* Monitor change readiness and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
* Proven experience leading change and communications in transformation projects
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Experience with SAP rollouts or similar enterprise-wide programmes is a plus
