Job Description
As the Head of E-com EMEA you will shape and deliver COS's long-term digital growth vision across EMEA by driving innovation, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding marketplace and franchise ecosystems. This role is accountable for building a scalable e-commerce infrastructure that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures operational excellence across owned and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Growth Agenda
* Define and execute COS's digital e-commerce growth strategy across EMEA, aligned with COS Global digital priorities.
* Own the strategic roadmap and performance of Ampersand for COS, driving synergies and efficiencies.
* Prioritise the development and execution of partnership strategies with online platforms, marketplaces, and franchise partners.
* Identify emerging digital trends and technologies to foster innovation for your channel. Working closely with the Global Director of Technology to find best in class solution to aid growth.
Channel Ownership & Expansion
* Lead development and expansion of online concession and marketplace opportunities.
* Establish frameworks for partner onboarding, content quality, commercial agreements, and SLAs.
* Oversee COS's presence on Ampersand for commercial success and operational excellence.
* Track and report KPIs related to e-commerce growth and partnerships.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Mentor the European e-commerce team.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams regionally and globally.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across COS, H&M; Group, and external partners.
Insight & Innovation
* Build a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem dashboard for growth insights.
* Monitor market trends and proactively identify new opportunities.
* Represent COS in strategic discussions with external partners and internal leadership.

What you need to succeed
* Extensive senior leadership experience in digital commerce, growth strategy, and partner management within retail/fashion.
* Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and building scalable business models.
* Expertise in digital marketplaces, online concessions, and partnership ecosystems.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience managing multi-channel digital ecosystems.
* Ability to leverage emerging digital trends and technologies.
* Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable representing COS in strategic discussions with external partners.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
