Your Role: You'll be the linchpin between talented candidates and thriving businesses. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role where you'll guide clients and candidates through every step of the recruitment journey. Your responsibilities will include: Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client's business goals, culture, and hiring challenges Provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with client needs and market trends Conduct regular client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities Candidate Engagement & Talent Matching Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of platforms, networking, and referrals Assess candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations to ensure the perfect match Guide candidates through the recruitment process-from initial contact to job offer and onboarding Offer career advice and market insights to help candidates make informed decisions Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking Pitch recruitment services to potential clients, demonstrating value and industry expertise Negotiate terms of business and secure exclusive recruitment partnerships Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and convert prospects into loyal clients Strategic Marketing & Vacancy Management Write compelling job adverts and market roles across multiple channels to attract top talent Use data and market intelligence to advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and candidate availability Manage vacancies from brief to placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve processes This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building genuine relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact on people's lives and careers.
