IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager (Global Role)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious IT team. This is a high-impact, globally scoped role where no two days are the same. You'll be leading service delivery across continents, time zones, and technologies, ensuring their systems and services run like clockwork while driving innovation and operational excellence at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the day-to-day global IT service desk, ensuring smooth operations and first-class service for end users worldwide.
* Managing a distributed team across time zones, coordinating efforts across network, applications, infosec, and more.
* Acting as a technical anchor while setting strategy — staying close to the tools and technologies that drive our infrastructure.
* Championing ITIL best practices and service delivery frameworks across the business.
* Driving standardization, compliance, and performance improvements across IT services.
* Overseeing global IT projects including system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and disaster recovery initiatives.
* Partnering with key stakeholders — from department heads to C-level — to align IT with business goals.
* Establishing metrics, KPIs, and reporting to keep performance and accountability on point.
* Collaborating with security and compliance teams to manage risk and maintain regulatory alignment.
* Building strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure top-tier service delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
* A strong track record working in IT operations, including at least 3 in a leadership role within a multi-site, global environment.
* Proven track record of leading IT teams, managing vendors, and delivering projects under pressure.
* Strong grasp of enterprise infrastructure — networking, servers, cloud (M365, Azure), security, virtualization, storage, and BCP/DR.
* A technical mindset — able to dive into details, solve problems quickly, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
* ITIL v4 Foundation or Managing Professional required; PMP/Prince2 and relevant vendor certifications a bonus.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, from front-line staff to exec level.
* Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice).
* Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on measurable improvement and business value.
* A flexible, proactive attitude, ready to pivot as needed in a fast-changing, always-on IT landscape.
