What’s on offer? * 22 day annual leave * Additional leave over Christmas * Team recognition and incentives * Health cover and portal with additional benefits What will you do as a Business Development Team Leader? * Lead the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies * Coordination of day-to-day activities for the internal sales team * Ensure workflows are followed, & individual and team performance metrics are met * Prepare/present sales reports, analyse trends/implement relevant improvements * Manage client relationships, efficiently dealing with enquiries and resolving issues * Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting on-going development * Implement new methods to improve team standards through proactive leadership * Liaise with the Marketing team to align messaging and campaign objectives.
