The Role
You will play a central role in promoting excellent attendance and safeguarding student welfare. Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
* Making first-day absence calls to parents
* Creating attendance reports for Heads of Year
* Working with families to address persistent absence
* Coordinating attendance meetings and intervention plans
* Liaising with safeguarding and external agencies
