What Youll Be Doing
-Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
-Manage reservations and walk-ins to ensure smooth guest flow.
-Work closely with the floor team to support exceptional service.
-Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
-Handle guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism.
- Assist with managing waiting lists and coordinating table availability.
-Ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression of the restaurant.
-Support the reception team in maintaining smooth front desk operations.
