The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting and welcoming them to Darktrace. This is a full time position based in our Cambridge Office. Some occasional travel to our central London office is required. What will I be doing: As the Receptionist/Office Administrator you will acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Day to day you’ll be: Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material, Receiving, sorting and distributing daily post and deliveries, Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges), Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock, Ad hoc tasks e.g. sourcing new vendors for the business, office expenses and supporting with internal employee events.
