To learn more, visit http://www.darktrace.com. &xa;&xa; Job D escription : We are looking for a polished and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our busy and vibrant Cambridge office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at Darktrace. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys being at the heart of office life. This is a full-time position based in our Cambridge office, with occasional travel to our central London office. What will I be doing As the Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our Cambridge office, ensuring every visitor and colleague receives a warm and professional welcome. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls Keeping the reception area tidy, well-stocked, and presentable Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily post and deliveries Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and managing visitor access (e.g., logbook, visitor badges) Ordering front office supplies and managing inventory Supporting with ad hoc tasks such as sourcing vendors, managing office expenses, and assisting with internal employee events What experience do I need: We welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about building a career in reception and front-of-house roles. You’ll be interacting with people across the business and supporting the Cambridge office directly, so strong communication and time management skills are essential. You’ll also need to be proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
