Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for our Early Years pupils between the hours of 07:30-17:30
* Developing and implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive behaviour in the classroom
* Working closely with parents and carers to ensure that our pupils receive consistent support and care both at home and at school
* Supporting the development of individual education plans and tracking pupil progress
Essential qualifications and skills
* A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or Nursery Assistant
* Significant experience in managing behaviour in young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to supporting the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
