2nd Line Support Technician

Are you passionate about problem-solving, tech-savvy, and thrive on helping others? We’re looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our clients dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure.
As their new IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the organization. From troubleshooting hardware and software problems to configuring laptops and mobile devices, you will help maintain our technical efficiency and ensure a positive experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and in person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
* Maintain and update the IT asset management system and ensure all systems are patched and secure.
* Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment including PCs, laptops, mobiles, and data dongles.
* Support all printing solutions and ensure Ricoh software and devices are operating correctly.
* Perform routine IT operational tasks and maintenance.
* Keep IT documentation up to date and accurate.
* Deliver basic IT training and user support to enhance system usage.
* Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards.
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
* Provide technical support for AV equipment and manage the Resource Central booking system at HQ.
* Offer remote support to external dealers via phone and email.
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid understanding of IT systems, Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365, and general PC hardware.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence under pressure with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
