We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will take charge of driving growth, expanding partnerships, and strengthening our presence in the FMCG and food services market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and hospitality partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to ensure profitability.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategy.
* Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to launch new meal products and campaigns.
* Track KPIs and provide regular sales performance reports to management.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience (3–5+ years) in business development, sales, or key account management within FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality.
* Strong network in retail, distribution, or food services is highly desirable.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data, forecast, and manage pipelines effectively.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/growth environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
