7. Manage technical documentation for product design and manufacturing.

2. Proven experience in product design and manufacturing processes.
3. Strong knowledge of plastics processing, thermal simulations, and structural calculations.
4. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in new product development.
5. Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D) and industry-specific design tools.
6. Familiarity with building regulations, testing, and certification processes.
7. Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
