Job Description
3. Processing treasury payments.
4. Daily maintenance of multi‑currency cash books.
5. Preparing manual payments through relevant banking systems
6. Administering BACS payments via the Host‑to‑Host platform Access Pay.
7. Managing general ledger accounts, including posting journals.
8. Completing bank reconciliations accurately and within deadlines.
9. Carrying out general administrative tasks.
10. Recording standing orders and direct debits.
11. Assisting with audit queries.
12. Supporting the Treasury team with ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Treasury / Accounts Assistant should have:Due to peak activity at certain times of the month, the successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, communicate in a friendly yet professional manner, prioritise their workload effectively, and work collaboratively within both the Team and the wider company.
13. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
