About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading goods distribution company in Swindon on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing team within a well-established organisation.
You will be working in a modern, fully equipped warehouse that includes excellent on-site facilities such as:
* Canteen
* Smoking area
* Free car parking
* Locker room
Key Responsibilities
* Operate Counterbalance (D2) to load, unload, and move goods efficiently
* Pick, pack, label, and store stock accurately
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Provide excellent service by ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time
* Communicate effectively with team members and management
* Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
Requirements
* Valid D2 Counterbalance Licence (essential)
* Previous experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
* Basic computer skills (for data entry and stock processing)
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
