We are seeking to recruit an experienced school office administrator to join our welcoming and busy office team. This is a permanent part-time, term time only position and the successful applicant will be expected to work 14 hours per week on a Thursday and Friday. Moor Hall is a friendly and caring school with committed and enthusiastic staff. We are an oversubscribed two form entry school, rated as Outstanding in all areas in our most recent OFSTED (November 2024). We are looking for: A strong proven track record in an office administrative role. Experience in a school office is highly desired. Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience using main MS Office packages and school MIS and other systems (Arbor/ School Money or equivalent). Recent experience of working successfully in a team. An innovative, professional person with a keen eye for detail. The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Duties will include: Administration of School Admissions and appeals Administration of Attendance and supporting school Attendance Lead Accurately completing DfE and LA returns Administration of Free School Meals/ Pupil Premium Co-ordination and administration of school events Dealing with enquiries from parents Providing general office support In return we offer the opportunity to be part of a small, friendly and supportive office team in a successful, caring and inclusive school.
