Event Programme ManagerTALiNT Partners connects a global network of Talent Acquisition, HR, Staffing, and HR Tech leaders through award-winning conferences, workshops, dinners, and digital forums across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia Pacific.About the roleYou’ll design and deliver a portfolio of B2B events that senior leaders genuinely value—workshops, conferences, executive dinners, and a growing virtual programme. This role blends programme design, audience curation, operations, and community engagement. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning smoothly while shaping experiences that feel thoughtful, polished, and relevant.What you’ll ownBuild targeted delegate lists and craft the right audience for every eventManage end-to-end logistics with the precision and calm that great events demandCreate and execute focused marketing campaigns that drive awareness and attendanceDevelop trusted relationships with delegates, speakers, and sponsors through structured outreach and follow-upContribute to the continuous improvement of our event formats, workflows, and delegate experienceWhat you bringWe’re looking for people with genuine B2B event pedigree and the initiative to run with things before being asked. You should be someone who spots the details others miss and takes pride in getting them right.You’re probably a great match if youHave at least two years’ experience in B2B event management, Talent Acquisition, staffing, or a related sectorCan handle logistics, research, scheduling, and audience-building with confidence and accuracyAre meticulous—quality matters to you, and it showsUse CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal) intelligently and understand how to engage professionally on LinkedInCommunicate clearly, write well, and work comfortably with dataAre curious about the talent ecosystem and keen to grow your expertiseWho you’ll be working withWe’re a small, high-performing team that values initiative, collaboration, and good judgement.
